Out now via Dying Victims Productions - Born from the ashes of Lucifer’s Hammer, Burning Path stands as both tribute and continuation. Following the loss of Andrés “Hades” Adasme, Rodrigo “Titán” chose not to revive the former name, instead forging a new path that preserves its traditional heavy metal spirit.

Rooted firmly in classic ’80s metal and the spirit of the NWOBHM, the album channels echoes of Diamond Head, Virgin Steele, Dokken, and Europe while maintaining its own identity. Across eight tracks, the band balances driving, riff heavy anthems with epic, mid-tempo and introspective moments. Standouts “Chasing the Future” and “Take Me High” showcase sharp hooks and energetic songwriting, while “The Darkness That Will Last” closes the record on an emotional, yet reflective note.
Performed entirely by the duo, Titán on vocals, drums, and guitars, with Hypnos on guitars, bass, and keys, the album delivers a full, textured sound. The production leans into a gritty, reverbed aesthetic, adding character, though at times it feels slightly opaque. Vocally, Titán brings conviction and heart, even if the mix occasionally buries his performance.
Imperfect yet sincere, Burning Path is a heartfelt, emotionally charged heavy metal record, one driven as much by resilience as by riffs.
