A deep, chugging bruiser of a track, "Heart Eater" follows the unrelenting lead single "Soul Devourer", which made its debut on triple j CORE last month. A modern metalcore masterclass in wild, violent soundscapes, the track throws deathcore, '90s and 2000s nu-metal, metalcore and industrial electronics into one monstrous mix.

Lyrically, "Heart Eater" dives into the intoxicating relationship between power, control, cruelty and desire, stepping inside the mindset of someone who finds gratification in domination and the deliberate destruction of those caught in their web. It's a dark and visceral second glimpse into the twisted world of Die In My Prime.

Die In My Prime marks a new chapter for liveconformdie, building on the foundations of their previous releases Vol I: Cigarette Lullaby, Circa '94 and 2022's Vol II: Music for Living Failures. After an extended release hiatus, the band have taken their time to shape what comes next - and Die In My Prime is a serious step up in every direction. Lead single "Soul Devourer" was described by Wall Of Sound as: "a track that will have the deathcore kids gurning with excitement and the hardcore girlies ready to throw down with quite the two-step approved beat throughout", while METALBIRB coined it: "Deathcore Kublai Khan".

Doing things entirely on their own terms, liveconformdie have built a fiercely loyal audience along the way, clocking up more than 11 million streams across digital platforms and reaching listeners all over the world. Formed in one of the world's most isolated cities, liveconformdie have turned Perth's distance from the traditional music industry hubs into part of their identity.
