After a blistering inaugural edition in 2026, Perth Dethfest returns in 2027 bigger, heavier and more relentless than ever, with Australia’s west coast once again set to become the epicentre of extreme metal.

Taking over The Rosemount Hotel in North Perth, Perth Dethfest 2027 will bring together some of the most devastating names in death metal, grind and extreme music from around the globe and across Australia for another uncompromising celebration of underground heaviness.

Leading the charge are Swedish death metal titans Bloodbath. Renowned worldwide for their crushing riffs, savage live performances and legendary status within the genre, Bloodbath will make an exclusive Western Australian appearance, delivering one of the most anticipated extreme metal shows of 2027.

Joining Bloodbath as the main support for the show are Brazilian death metal veterans Nervochaos. With a relentless international touring history and an uncompromising blend of old-school brutality and modern aggression, Nervochaos have earned a devoted following around the world.

Their long-awaited return to Australia brings another formidable international force to the Perth Dethfest lineup and sets the stage for an absolutely devastating double-header.

Completing the monstrous bill is a hand-picked selection of Australia’s finest extreme metal acts, featuring Ashen, Allocer, Iniquitous Monolith, Woewarden, Cold Fate, Vile Mutilation and Kimura, showcasing the strength, diversity and sheer ferocity of Australia’s underground metal scene.
